RADEC® Vision is based on computer vision, monitoring the conveyor belt in real time to detect the occurrence of tears and misalignments. Its robust IP65+ structure features 100% cameras developed by LLK, allowing RADEC® to operate normally in hostile environments, in suspended particulate matter and without presenting false alarms, failures or changes due to conveyor vibration.
The complete system acts on both the Face and Counterface of the conveyor belt, and can also assess the life of the belt using the Drum model.
RADEC® Vibrational is based on mechanical vibration spectrum analysis, monitoring tearing events in real time by detecting falling material and/or impact of loose strips on the structure. It effectively replaces old rope and tray systems as it has no moving parts, making the operation robust and safe, functioning normally even under extreme material accumulation conditions.
The system delivers its maximum performance when installed on the Loading Chute, Tail Drum and Belt Return.
The Volumetric Scale is based on computer vision with optical triangulation, monitoring in real time the volume of any bulk material on the conveyor belt. The system delivers instantaneous and accumulated volume with accuracy up to 99.5%. It is robust, accurate and operates normally in conditions of suspended particulate matter, fog, high temperature and humidity.
Scale, Granulometry, Load Misalignment.
Iron Content Online is based on computer vision, with the aim of analyzing and quantifying the chemical content of Iron and its compounds in real time through multiple spectra. It is possible to identify and measure characteristics even if they are not visible to the naked eye.
Similar to the system above, Online Moisture Content is also based on computer vision, analyzing and quantifying water present in any type of bulk, be it ore, waste, organics, among others.
The system is ideal for analyzing the chemical content of the material or the amount of water directly on the conveyor belt, without the need for collection and samples.
The Colorimeter is based on computer vision, with the aim of identifying color and hue patterns across the visible spectrum, for equipment alerts and actions.
The system is ideal for analyzing material color on the conveyor belt, effluents from operations using Parshall Chute and other applications.
The Object Counter is based on computer vision with optical triangulation, monitoring in real time to quantify and classify objects on the conveyor belt. The detection of the type of object, its diameter and quantity are the main deliverables of this system, which is also capable of detecting objects outside the defined standard.
The system is ideal for ball mills, SAG mills, and other object counting and sorting needs.
